We often compromised our mental health. Especially to us students who are most likely prone on having mental illness. That's why we need to encourage having no mental health awareness. There are many advantages to educating yourself and other people about the various facets of mental health. It helps you stay focused on your own issues. Additionally, it strengthens the support for friends, coworkers, and family members who might be dealing with their own mental illness. Many individuals are unsure about how to discuss it. Their capacity to communicate and open up increases with awareness. Understanding mental health issues will help you better comprehend your own symptoms.

Always remember that It's important to you and your loved ones to understand the impact that mental health has on daily life. Let's be aware of the sign of mental illness and stop it!
